Once upon a time, there was a cartoonist? Daniel Kox? who wanted to join the Peyo studio. To keep him busy while he waited for it to be possible, Peyo suggested to a certain Raoul Cauvin that he write a few pages for Kox for the Spirou newspaper. Cauvin created a gag about a police officer... That was in 1975, and it's been going on ever since! 192 pages. French.
