The Quest for the Time-Bird is a Franco-Belgian heroic fantasy comic book series, first published in 1983. Its script was written by Serge Le Tendre, and the illustrations were created by various artists, depending on the cycles, or even the different volumes within a cycle. Régis Loisel drew the four volumes of the first cycle. For the second cycle, Lidwine illustrated volume 1, then Mohamed Aouamri volume 2, and Vincent Mallié volumes 3 and 4. The colors were also successively the work of several artists. For the first cycle, Yves Lencot colored volume 1, then Laurence Quilici volume 2, and Régis Loisel volumes 3 and 4. He also colored volume 1 of the second cycle, followed by François Lapierre for volumes 2 and 3.

A major figure in The Quest for the Time-Bird, Bragon is a courageous, proud, and impulsive hero, driven by a strong sense of honor. He symbolizes the bravery, humanity, and strength of an adventurer with a huge heart. A knight retired to the Medir High Plateaus, in Akbar, he embarks on a decisive quest alongside Pélisse and the Stranger.

This statue captures all the power and presence of the character.
